Finnskogen is a mystical forest area in eastern Norway, named after the Finnish immigrants who settled there in the 1600s. The area is known for stories about supernatural forces. People have been attacked by forces in strange ways. But they have knowledge of how to protect themselves against these forces. A nordic version of vodoo, Trollskott, has been practiced in this territory.
